Olav is a finance professional with experience from multiple sides of the market – as a stockbroker, financial journalist at Finansavisen, and CFO in a listed company. He has seen how investors think, how the media interprets, and how management must deliver. This gives him a strong ability to translate complex business strategy into communication that truly resonates.

Today, he advises both listed and unlisted companies, with a particular focus on preparing companies for stock exchange listings. He works closely with management teams and boards on financial communication, investor relations, and strategy.
